Best TTM ST signers

i was wondering who are the best TTM ST signer. i would like to send some out around spring training. are any of the super stars sign during spring training?

Not spring training signers specifically. There definitely is a difference in guys signing between ST and regular season

I saw that someone on this thread wanted to know when Jim Thome signed. Well, he has just signed with the Twins today. HE is a good signer through his team's ST. It has been rumored he has a ghost signer but I give him the benefit of the doubt.

I met one of Thome's old family friends at Twinsfest standing in line. She said he signs through the mail. Said he is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and she's glad he's in Minnesota now. Even before that, I didn't think he ghost signed.

I will start to send to the pitchers about Feb 17th or 18th. And I will send to the position players on the 21st or 22nd. I will continue to send during spring training as I see what players are signing their mail.
