Since I am starting mid-season. I will post individual games on this site.
The weekend is here.
I met up with one of my graphing buddies and we did Lakewood vs Hickory (now a Texas Rangers Team)
We got there early and managed to do well.
I bought a program and got:
Jason Knapp
Darby Myers
Bob Milacki
Greg Legg
Mickey Kozack
Santo Hernandez
(Strength Coach, who I don't know the name)
Then on Cards:
Travis D'Arnaud 8/8
Zac Collier 2/2
Then we went to wait for the Bus of Hickory.
What a great signing team.
As the Texas Organization was during spring training, this team was great.
The only ones with limits were Matt West and Hector Ortiz
Off the bus, my buddy was able to ID alot.
Off the bus:
Brad Holman 4/4
Hector Ortiz 1/2 :eek:

Wilmer Font 8/8
Martin Perez 7/7, 1/1 SS MLB
Then my buddy asked Perez about Clark Murphy, and Perez sent Murphy out of the clubhouse!!!

Then, I got hooked up with a season ticket and got in 1 1/2 hours early.
Inside I got:
Jake Brigham 8/8
Jim Murphy 1/1
Jared Bolden 1/1
Then once the gates opened my buddy joined me and helped me get some guys.
Matt West 3/3, 2/2 (help)
Hector Ortiz 1/1 (Help)
Only cards for Hickory I didn't get was Richard Bleier(sp?) who got promoted.
It was a fun game. Got to watch Martin Perez pitch.
It was a sloppy game. The infield for hickory was brutal. Travis D'arnaud hit a HR to tie it in the 8th and the Blueclaws lost 5-4 in 10 innings.
We decided to hit the Blueclaws postgame.
On Program I got:
Jesus Sanchez
Harold Garcia
Jason Knapp 1/1 card
Travis D'Arnaud 1/1 SS MLB w/ inscription
Zac Collier 1/1 SS MLB w/ inscription
Overall great day.
I am now done with Lakewood except 1.
A couple of weeks ago I got a mystery sig on a Lakewood team ball I was working on. I was talking to my buddy and said it looked like T. G--ll. So I thought it was Tim Gradoville, but I thought he was somewhere further up. Looks like he is a coach for Lakewood now. So I have to get my Gradoville cards done now.
Outside of that and 1 Collier card I pulled recently, I am all done with the claws and I can help folks who need them.
